Press the ~ key to bring down the console, and then type the following codes, including the underscores:
_GIVEMETHEMONEY - get more money
_GIVEMEMAXENERGY - refill shields
_GIVEMEALLWEAPONS - get all weapons
_GIVEMEALLAMMO - get max ammo
_DEV_MODE_ON - turn on debug mode
